I gave this place 3 stars because it's one of the very few clothing store options in Dawson Creek. It's pushed out a lot of the small clothing store because they couldn't compete price wise. It has a lot of conveniences but the staff seem to hate working there and being bothered for anything.

On August 18th I was working in Dawson Creek B.C I parked my tractor trailer unit in the Walmart parking lot so I could go in and shop. Shortly after making my purchases I was back in my truck organizing my purchases when a Walmart employee slapped a note advising me to not park in their parking lot to the side of my tractor trailer while I was inside the vehicle. I have been working up here for the past four weeks and have spent roughly $600 to $700 at the particular Walmart. My feelings at this time are that I will go elsewhere in the future for my purchases even if it might cost me more. I complained to Customer Service who said the trucks were blocking the entrances. I asked her if she had actually looked and she said no that they were acting on a customer complaint. At this point in time I will no longer shop at this location and am seriously considering no longer shopping at any Walmart. It is my understanding that Walmart policy is welcome RVs and tractor trailer units. I am still working in the Dawson Creek area and have not shopped at your Walmart since. I have not received a response to my complaint even though I was advised by customer service that I would be hearing from Walmart Canada. I am still awaiting your response.

I love Walmart very good prices amazing selection of products clean a lot of stuff on the floor willing to help you out. Walmart at its best. Highly recommended it , if you are looking to save some money this is the place to go especially if you are on the road working. Thank you Walmart keep it up good job

It's a nice grocery store wide isles and good selection. However stock needs to be taken better care of since last time we were there several sliced cheese packs had heavy mold. Would definetly check any produce carefully before buying.

Went looking for a certain item and they told me that they no longer carry that item. Called ahead to ask and they said they do have it. Miss communication between the front management and the particular departments. Still go here for some groceries

Typically the store is under-staffed and there can be long wait times at the tills. Store is usually clean and presentable but staff are hard to find when you need help with something.

Store no longer has a tire shop. The entire store has been updated and expanded and now includes a full grocery section and now has "superstore" designation. Still has long waits at the check outs, but they have also added self-serve check outs as well. Staff are friendly and helpful but still the store feels under-staffed.response / report this review
