A miserable place to be unless you've signed on the bottom line. In and around Calgary there is an unprecedented level of ignorance that forces the customer to suffer in silence, waiting like cattle only to be told that further suffering and ungodly costs await. I came to Vulcan because the small surrounding population, in hopes the laid back atmosphere would allow me to ask questions and get some real helpful advice. All that hope was shattered when some grumpy old man chased me out with his excuses of literal incompetence, and skeleton inventory. This is simply a bastardized version of High River, proceed with caution.

We looked at many places for a smaller trailer and found an interesting one at Vulcan Autoplex. We drove down and talked to manager John McLaughlin who showed us every detail of the trailer and how it compared to others. He even took the time to show us older used trailers to see how their different construction methods haven't held up over the years compared to the one we were looking at. He took a deposit to hold it for us while we checked on how it would fit in the space we had to park it. When we decided to take it he had the trailer checked over, cleaned up, and ready to go. He showed us an easy way to hitch up the load leveling hitch, he checked that all the lights worked and that everything was safe and ready to go. We purchased an electric jack which he installed for us then and there. I know we wouldn't have got that kind of service at the big places around Calgary, it was a pleasure dealing with him.

I recently purchased a boat from these guys and watch out. They sold me an unsafe boat that has had multiple issues. If you talk to the management good luck as all they care about is the mighty dollar. Buyer beware !!!!!!!
