we priced out a lot of flooring and Volume had the best prices! not to mention the awesome customer service experience. they were very flexible with us and we had our floors and carpet installed very quickly!

Have a new townhome, I hired volume floors to come out and put laminate down. I paid for them to do the flooring, and extra fee to take off the base boards and put them back on. Nice job on floor, however when the baseboards were put back on , they are not flush to the wall and have nail holes all thru out the board , looks like crap. When I decided to do this they informed me that the extra cost would include taking the baseboards off and putting them back on and they would look like they originally did . When I called to inform them of how this was left they said they do not do the caulking as a lot of places don't have that. After speaking with A finishing carpenter they say that all baseboards are caulked and the nail holes are covered and they should have been done . Not very happy with the final service!!!
I hope they start to inform their customers that it just means nailing the baseboards on and that's it and it's up to you to make them look presentable .

We had been elsewhere, pricing and getting a feel for service etc.
I have to say Volume, was not only the best price, but the service was great too!
Professional, courteous, friendly, and they truly seemed to care!

Great. You can only know how good something is when you have experienced how bad something can be. I first went to Atmosphere and had poor apathetic service that was nearly twice the price as Volume for the exact tile order. So i switched to Volume and was glad i did.
