Well stocked health food, produce and supplements. Like most organic type stores, it's more pricey than your supermarket but you get what you pay for.

It's nice because I get my protein drinks from here and they carry certain items that I would normally have to buy online. A bit expensive but the quality makes it worth it.

This is my daily grocer with good selection of organic vegetables and fruits plus grass fed beef, organic chicken and nitrate free bacon. Many alternative baking ingredients and tons of yummy organic or gmo free potato chips. The staff has ordered items that I requested. Store is clean and I love that I don't feel like I'm shopping in a health food store and instead it's like I'm at a gourmet market!

Very clean store with ample selection of organic and vegan products. There are many products in here that I haven't seen anywhere else in Winnipeg. The prices are very reasonable as well.
