  Staff are very helpful. Good recommendations for a new phone and Sarah did a good job getting the change over sorted out when difficulties cropped up on the computer system. Thanks, ladies :)

  Was unhappy with my current provider. Walked in and Dealt with Austin, within 30 min he got me a phone I love and a plan that has everything I need. Very helpful and friendly thanks again Austin!

  After my latest visit I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and honesty exemplified by the service rep. Went in with a friend who needed to buyout her contract in order to upgrade her phone from a low end budget model to the Nexus 5. Service was fast, simple, and no attempts to hide behind red tape were made. Within about 20 minutes my friend was out the door (er, walking away from the kiosk?) with a newly refreshed plan, phone, and smile on her face. If I didn't already have such a discounted corporate plan I'd consider Virgin Mobile based on this experience.
