Victoria Concrete Services gave us a quote for concrete finishing. We approved and paid a 30% deposit. They were unable to accommodate our schedule so we scheduled someone else to complete the work and Victoria Concrete Services refused to refund the deposit. Told us we could use the deposit toward future work which we tried to schedule with over 2 weeks notice and they told us they were too busy, couldn't complete the work and refused to refund the deposit. Untrustworthy and unfair practices. Avoid.

We are very pleased with Benoit and his crew of Victoria Concrete Surfaces. The initial contact was personal, with his associate, Brad, coming down to recce the mess that was our driveway. He took measurements, photographs, and chatted about the situation, and what my wife and I wanted to see done. Ben and Trevor then followed up with a visit to our home to review the project. They made some suggestions, and then gave us a quote that was very reasonable - working hard at keeping to the budget that we had (thank you so much for your kind understanding).
Once all was confirmed, work was quick and timely. Ben and his team were professional, worked swiftly, with ease, and with precision. They had a good demeanour, collaborated well with each other, were always in cheerful spirits, and problem-solved whenever things popped up. It was interesting how they also were mindful of the weather and temperatures. They know their concrete. We highly recommend them for all your concrete needs.
