1/4 stars is generous. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time I left empty handed. Service was slow and overly rude. Was totally disrespected. Awful experience. Now have to go somewhere else. Save yourself the trip.

Everyone I recommended and myself taxes weren't done properly amounts way off. Won't return ever again after 15yrs.

And his isn't owned by Vic anymore.. someone else bought it and are definitely ruining the reputation

My husband and I did our taxes there and it was a horrible experience! They almost cost us over $2000, we had to do our own research plus hire another accountant to clean up their mess. They were not helpful at all. Please save yourself stress and money and do not go there.

This guys a clown, dropping off your paperwork is a great way to not get it done. When I went to collect my paperwork so I can bring it to someone else after it being there for over a month he didn't even have it all in the same place. Some on this shelf and some in the other room under a pile of other people taxes that aren't getting filed. I should have known better from the last time when Keith neglected to click the send button on mine and also my wife's e-files and also forgot to mail out my back taxes I filed. 6 weeks I waited before having him reprint my taxes and I dropped them off myself.
If I can give this place a 1/4 star that would be generous.
The temps H&R block hire during busy season are a better but than this guy.

Not happy because I went in to do my husband and I taxes with a women I feel stupid because I paid and waited until I got home to see if all of it was correct sure enough NOPE! I called them back and said I've always claimed the child tax and gst not my husband and my husband likes it this way please correct before release. I asked the desk lady to get the woman who did my taxes to call me to confirm she made the change for it always been this way.anyways I didn't get that call so I called back and the desk lady says I don't see your taxes then she comes back and says oh yes it's been corrected ..k I thought good. Now I find out I don't get a GST and he is! Tho he won't get it anyways ..now my kids are out of that money for food :( more errors we are finding . Crap! They better fix things or I will take them to court!
