We went for a day trip to Banff with the family and couldn't take our 12 week old puppy to brunch with us. Veronicas Dog Grooming took loving care of the little dude for a few hours and he came out bathed and super happy!!!

I would give zero if it was possible.
My partner and I had dropped are 6 month old puppy ( very reluctantly, we had friends staying at sunshine village from Australia so felt obligated ) at veronica's. The next morning we got a call telling us we needed to come pick up are dog immediately.
We ended up running down the hill as quick as possible. We arrived to the kennel to a tiny puppy with a BROKEN LEG AND NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY OR HOW IT HAPPENED.
We took are dog immediately to the vet in canmore and had to leave him there for three days over the procedure.
After the 2500 surgery we returned to the kennel to ask how this happened. We got the answer that it happened over the night ? They couldn't explain how his leg broken as he was supposed to be in his kennel over night.
As they kept trying to tell the same story over and over it changed, apparently they took our dog home overnight.
They didn't offer to pay any of the bill !!!! They offered to give us 5 free nights and days of boarding. No not in this life. Never again.

I left my wire hair fox terrier and toy poodle for a week in this kennel. I can tell they were treated well and stayed in a clean and friendly place.
I also had my fox terrier groomed, which includes hand stripping. The work done was of high quality and was done paying attention to my requests.
Very happy to bring take my dogs there again for their grooming and kennel services.

They're really nice here! We took our Layla here for her first grooming. She's a maltipoo and at the time only weighed 5.5 pounds. She was only 3 months and a half too. She didn't get shaved because she's too young. Emma at veronica's done a awesome job Layla came back all brushed out looking like a little doll, bow in hair and everything. I think I'll take her again at the end of the week. :)

I took my dogs in this place several times. They had been very good to us and their jobs were always amazing!! Unfortunately, my dog dislike getting grooming. She tried to bite veronica, scratched her but still veronica did fantastic jobs even though she left me a comment how crazy my dog became on the table. I get it, but there is nothing I can do. It is who she is. She is a dog!!
However, things were changed this time They charged me $115 for my dog grooming because my dog was crazy and it took 2 people to give her service. Seriously?? To be fair, she was not veronica that I used to see all the time and their job was still good. What the girl said to me at the till was if my dog gets used to be on the table and easily let them groom, the price would be cheaper haha I don't think so. I thought it was a flat rate. I pay around $75 and tip them usually, but not on top of $115. Seems like they tip themselves already this time. I don't think I would take my dog back here anymore if they keep doing this. Well, they probably didn't like giving a service to my dog anyway. Ridiculous!!!
