  We purchased a leather sectional almost 3 years ago and recently had a few springs come loose. Within days of contacting Bob a fellow came out and it was repaired with no cost to us! Absolutely fantastic after sales service!!

  Bob (the owner) said I was "rude and ignorant", that I have "no class" and must be "an uneducated person who doesnt have a clue about business" when I asked for a discount on a floor model. The fact that a sales person would lash out on a customer like that is completely unbelievable to me. I will be telling everyone I know not to shop here. This is customer service at its finest.
