  The staff here are offstandish and unfriendly. They also didn’t wrap my purchase in paper which I found bizarre.

  The staff at the Leaside location greet you as you walk in the door and are knowledgeable and helpful regarding their product offerings. I have been very satisfied with the in person customer service. The pieces that I have purchased appear well made. Only time will tell if they last the rigours of two teenage boys.
  
  I rated the overall experience a "2" due to the fact their website and phone in / email customer service response is significantly below expectations. I tried unsuccessfully over the course of a long weekend to order an item off the website. I could not order in person as I was out of town and I wanted to take advantage of sale pricing. The website would not accept the order and kept me in a loop. Customer service was closed for the long weekend and the store was unable to take the order over the phone. I eventually emailed their customer service and still have not heard back. How you can operate a successful business with such poor online customer experience and negligent customer service is surprising in 2018. I guess they rely on in person sales.

  Quick service and no pressure for sales. Great products as well. We purchased two chairs that needed to be shipped from BC and was told it'd take 4 weeks - we got them in 1.5 weeks. Great stuff!

  I love the Urban Barn in Leaside! The displays are en pointe, they have the most recent trends as well as classic designs. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

  3rd time I have made great buys. Love that my headboard was made in BC. Found a great deal on a display lamp and rug. Prices are reasonable for The quality. I own a boutique demand excellent customer service did not disappoint. My go to place for home decor.
