Opening of the Arrima platform September 17, 2018 - In response to the coming into force of the Quebec Immigration Act and the new Quebec Immigration Regulations on August 2, the Department of Immigration, Diversity and Immigration Inclusion announces the opening of its new system based on the declaration of interest, Arrima, September 18 at 8 am (Montreal time).
Putting an end to the principle of receiving "first come, first served" applications, it will now be possible to file a declaration of interest form for free at any time. Persons wishing to immigrate to Quebec under the Regular Skilled Worker Program may complete a Declaration of Interest in Arrima at a time convenient to them.
With the opening of the Arrima platform, the Department is introducing a new system that will continuously invite qualified workers to apply for permanent selection in a timely and efficient manner. The invitations will be sent to those whose profile best meets the needs of Quebec, including those of companies in different regions.

SUCCESSFUL CANADA STUDENT VISA 🇵🇭➡️🇨🇦

To help reunite even more parents and grandparents with their families in Canada, today, the Honourable Ahmed Hussen, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, announced that the Government of Canada will accept up to 20 000 applications for the sponsorship of parents and grandparents, in 2019. This is 4 times the number of applications accepted when the program reopened in 2014, when the cap was set at 5000 applications. This decision to increase the number of applications that Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) will accept for processing is a result of continually high demand in the Parents and Grandparents (PGP) Program and the fact that we have significantly reduced the inventory of applications.

Praise the Lord, Today I got the greatest news of my life of receiving CSQ which we had been waiting from a very long time. It was glad to know that we received it without the interview.

MY DREAM FOR OUR OFW. I dream that in the future there would be no OFW that will work anywhere else in this planet because the needed opportunities are all available here in the Philippines. There would be no Pinoy that will be exploited by human traffickers and be maltreated inhumanely thousand miles away from our beloved land. There will be no Pinoy tears that will fall from the eyes of a battered maid, there will be no Pinoy construction workers heads to decapitate overseas,there will be no Pinoy professionals compelled by financial needs offering their expertise on a foreign land rather than their local soil,and There will be no stripteaser on downtown cities on metropolis on other land forced to bare their dignity in exchange of money for their starving offspring back home. There will be no weeping child that will wish that their parents will no longer work abroad for them to play and eat with, sleep with them at their side during lonesome & cold nights.Poverty in the Philippines is either resulted from corruption of our some, if not all, of our leaders & some if not all again,enemy of our government who only have personal or political bid ambitions but with no real heart to bleed for their compatriots and a vision to uplift their sufferings, who instead guiding their people to progress are just controlling their destiny by their dirty political tactics to protect their personal interest, who tolerating ignorance by not imposing regulations to control access to our prime universities, or either another reason of their slow growth is that their development were being suppressed by the stern set standards, and unreasonable stereotyping job requirements, limitations and discrimination that wasted our brains and brawn at home. These are some reasons that impel our talented human resources to work overseas in massive exodus in search of good fortune but sadly some of them got bad luck. We Filipinos are intelligent people, a proud race ,on our blood runs heroism and innate ingenuity, that very same blood that runs thru the veins of the likes of Rizal and Bonifacio of Luzon, Lapu Lapu of Visayas, and Sultan Kudarat of Mindanao, we do not deserved to be called a servant race, we belong to one of the savant races in this world, so we must be aptly called a race of leaders. Let us restore the dignity lost for ourselves.If you plan to leave the country leave as a leader and return home a conqueror with your balikbayan box, not leave the country as a servant and return to home in a casket box. Love more our country & Let us believe in ourselves now, like the faith of our decent foreigner friends on our world class skills, and start to support our fellow Filipinos. If you are muscleman lift high our intellectuals do not envy them, if you are intellectual alleviate the burden of our musclemen and do not fool them. Remove the crab in our minds but instead work like ants in unified spirit. We are the Co-Leaders of the future world. Co-Equal citizens of other races on the global community in building a better world with them. This must be a like a biblical journey of Israel's race traversing the Red Sea with no bridge. But nothing impossible to the Faithful and nothing can break the determination of the most willing. It is better to be a dreamer than to be a pessimist. Today's success of mankind technologically or socially is the result of just somebody's dream yesterday.Like the first landing of man to the moon, which is only a man's dream for thousand years that become a reality. I long to see for the day that everyone of us says to each other the words, come home kabayan let us dig our own gold here & polish our own diamonds on our own backyard, corruption here is over & gone, and I am quite sure that the other races of the world is smiling in great joy for us to see us happily working in our own land with our family. Beginning Today share the dream with me, cry with me the tears of our wish, whisper always this outcry of our heart, implant & immortalize the seeds of this humble argument ,later on I am hopeful we will reap the coveted realization of this dream. This must be our mindset. This must be our inner conscious mandatory wake up call to ourselves.
