  Been in line for over 20 mins. 3 Staff here 1 is sitting at desk whole time doing nothing. Avoid this location. There are far more efficient ones in the area.

  Horrible Customer Service
  got reservations for 6 pm
  called in if vehicle arrived.. customer service lady told me yes vehicle is there.. i was there at 6 to pick vehicle.. but vehicle wasn’t not there.. waited 1 hour for vehicle l.. and now lady at reception took 45 min for reservation... bhulshit

  This location is horrible. Always busy and under staffed. This picture is from the other day at about 9:30 am, there was about 30 people in line, the line went out the door. It appeared there was only 1 or two people working the desks.
  What good is booking ahead of time if you still need to wait 1-2 hours or more in line? I did the express check in and it didn't tell me the number of the trailer I was renting, stupid system.
  
  I don' t recommend this location what so ever. I've rented trailers countless times I know how to hook up a trailer. Yet the employee "helping" me was useless. He had me go back and forth so many times and he wouldn't let me touch the trailer or do any of the hooking up. Then he twisted the chains until they where tight, that just seems stupid to me. He also hooked the hooks to one half a chain link, not and entire link. Also not a good idea. It was as if he had never done this before.
  
  The express checkout needs to tell you what trailer your getting by the code posted on each trailer. Then it would actually be an express check out. I can hook up a trailer myself, better then having some kid do it for me.

  Waited in line with one person at the cash for ten minutes. Then waited outside for my truck for five minutes before I walked back in to see what was going on. Was told that I am to meet them at the back. Would have been nice to be told that when I was at the cash. Guy out back didn't even know about the truck before hand. Turns out the truck was on the other side of the building. Total time wasted 40 minutes.

  Don't ever go there. Worst customer service.waste of time and money. Worst call center service. They don't know there job. They can't pull up there location info on the system. Everytime u call . They start asking same thing. Never leave logs on the call. Is this kind of customer service are paying for.

  Reserved a van...yet waited 45 mins to get it.
  KM reading was 30kms off. Staff has no clue what's going on. But then again, this is probably the best UHaul location i've been to. I have low expectations for them anyway

  Total lack of professionalism, just out to rip the customers off. Did not explain which insurance, charged the highest and charged more than what the website quoted. Not happy at all. Gave wrong size unit, charged more for a smaller unit. Will never use this location ever again, do not recommend it to anyone.

  Best place to buy a 800 lb rated dolly I have ever seen. Way more metal in the construction than the normal stuff offered at the diy stores.

  Rental process was simple, did it online. Arrived to 3 staff in the front, but only 1 handling customers. 1 was playing on his phone... lame. Yard staff was friendly.
  When I dropped off my rental, there was 1 person handling customers, and I was 4th i line. One woman came out of the back with a plate of food, scarfing it down.
  They definitely need to address the lack or professionalism that shows... get your staffing appropriate
