Service was incredibly slow took 40 minutes to get our appetizer and my food ended up being cold when I got it. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

They made us wait over 45 minutes. We ended up getting our food to go. We were out for our 2 year old's birthday and ended up eating at home. Horrible experience.

By far the best restaurant in the area, there chicken parmesan can't be beat, if your in the area looking for lunch or dinner I highly suggest Twiggs, 10/10

Our daughter moved to this area recently. We've had several lunches at Twigg's and they were great! Soups have been all different & very tasty. Lunch specials only $10 and that includes a side. We always leave happy and so full we have only salad for dinner! Great job Twiigs

Why you shouldn't eat anymore at Twigg's Bar & Grill.

I went there a month ago and there was plastic in my nachos melted into the cheese, a good amount of it. I almost choked on it. I also found a strand of hair in our other plate of food. Our server claimed to be the manager. She didn't say sorry or even act like she cared when I told her about it. I left it at that, paid and left. I called the next day to mention the bad service I got and unsatisfactory response and the server said the manager would call back the next day to resolve things. Never happened at any point.

I go there a month later to eat and as soon as I walk in the building, the manager comes up to the table in a very attacking way to ask if I was the one who called "to complain" (in a very accusatory way) I said yeah.
She then immediately starts throwing blame at me for eating the nachos and said she came to ask how the food was 3 times and I didn't say anything which was a total lie. She didn't come to the table once and I even had to walk up to the bar to get another drink. Keep in mind this is also a fight she decided to pick on her own as I was giving them another chance by going back.

How can you lie to someone who was there? And why even bring it up a month later if you're just going to be an a**hole and not fix the problem for your customers? Then she said "so how do expect us to resolve it?" I said."normally the meal is on the house when something like that happens."
She said "Yeah no, that's not happening."
So why the f*** is she even bringing it up then if she had no intention of making things right? So I left before even ordering and told her we wern't coming back. She said good.

Sadly, this isn't the only server here I found at Twiggs with such a horrible attitude. I can't believe though that such a small town bar doesn't give a sh*t about it's regular customers because I would go there all the time..not anymore though, and hopefully others listen as well.
