  Horrible restaurant. Very unprofessional and immature childish staff. The plates and utensils were extremely dirty we changed our plates and utensils 3 times in order to get clean ones absolutely ridiculous!! Food was disgusting, old and had no flavour such a waste of money. You're better off staying at home and ordering pizza!

  Went for a few drinks Tuesday night. The beer out of the keg was flat and tasted watered-down, but the server brought us a new pitcher of different beer that was better. We ordered Nachos and wings to share, but it took more than half an hour despite the fact that they were not busy. Maybe it was intentional to get us to drink more?

  Normally we love this place and have been here over a dozen times. Sitting here now and had the worst experience, to the point I'm not sure we want to come back again. Our usual chicken roll appetizer that always comes in 8 pieces as each is cut in two, came with 7 tonight. Odd. My shrimp tacos had stale tortilla shell and was not very flavorful either. My wife's wine was certainly not 8 ounces. We even asked if they have us the 6 oz by accident but they said it was 8 oz version. Normally we look forward to coming back, but we don't really want to come back after this visit.

  I come here regularly because it is convenient, usually quick and normally quite good. Service quality cycles between acceptable and exceptional with the rare awful experience. I tip according to the service, something to keep in mind if you work here.

  I recently visited with a group and experienced probably the worst service ever. 1 server to serve our group and when I asked why she said our group was bigger then what we told them. Funny as we didn't take up any more tables then they had and the fact it was dinner time I would have thought they would have more then 1 person working that section. No one came to help her not even a manager. When we managed to find a manager we got the same reply. It too 45 mins to get a beer, coke and water at our table. No apologies were given just that it was our fault. After about 1.5hrs we got our food and left 20 mins later. Manager never said a word and I felt bad for the waitress as everyone was complaining

  We was celebrating my daughter birthday and it could not be any better. Thank you, Mike Puchalski (general manager) for the great organization . So helpful staff , amazing food, nice atmosphere! We will definitely come back! Highly recommended!
