True North movers are amazing!! They're punctual, efficient, friendly and fast. The guys Thomas and Brett were excellent. I was super stressed as I didn’t have a good experience from a moving company last time but today Sept 10/2021 Thomas and Brett made it all so stress free. Great mover to deal with. I checked many reviews here and liked what I read. They even mentioned that they highly value the feedback customers provide to google for future business. We went with them and found both Thomas & Alan excellent. They are understanding, responsive and just generally very positive. We live in southwestern Ontario and are moving to London but decided to use True North instead of someone local. The crew that showed up were on time for an 8 a.m. start after driving for 1.5+ hours to get here. They were well presented, polite and just generally great to deal with. They had two large trucks packed and on their way in reasonable time with only one small problem which they tried to resolve when brought to their attention. The quote provided by Thomas was within an hour of what time was actually spent to get the job done. As we needed storage Thomas was also able to help coordinate this for us as well. We highly recommend this company and will do business with them again.
