I have done business with Tru Beauty for over a decade. Roshan and his team have gone over and above again and again. The products they carry are highly vetted and the customer service they provide is beyond expectations. In the rare instance there is a mistake on my order it is rectified before I even notice it. I appreciate the high percentage of Canadian made lines they carry. The education they provide is amazing! Go and check out Tru Beauty!!!

First time in the store and curious to see the products available considering they were all natural. I have some minor dry hair issues and asked what would be good for my hair and all he could repeat 5 times was my hair was damaged. Hence why I was asking for a good product. Then proceeded to tell me that he had nothing there that could help me. I picked up a couple items to try even after being insulted and when I was paying and showing my license he asked if I had actually worked in the industry or just obtained a license. Will never go back unless there is new management. I have heard similar complaints from other stylists being treated the same way!
