i know the feeling Anthony i had the same problem when they where at old location. even sent inquiry by email to manager and never heard anything.

We did have some struggles with this company, in particular with one individual's poor dealings in customer service when we approached them with our concerns about our bill, in particular in relation to the Alberta Energy Rebates program.
However, when we voiced these same concerns to a different manager later that same day, they responded quickly after regular working hours to address the issue and provide us with a more appropriate, balanced response.response / report this review -

Spoke to sales 3 separate times to get someone to give me an estimate on building a deck. They wanted to call me back to book an appointment. Never recieved a phone call back.
