Driver was very rude when trying to board. I purchased a ticket from sherbrooke to bromont and the bus did not stop until montreal causing me to miss my appointment and costing me $250 on a deposit that I had made. I wasn't reimbursed for the ticket. Had to wait 8 hours in montreal for the next bus back to sherbrooke. I was told that the driver made an announcement that the bus was going straight to montreal (in French only) but then scanned my qr code ticket and proceeded to tell me to enter the bus.

Solid 4. All the busses I have been on don't have charging ports. But smooth efficient ride and relatively affordable for getting to montreal.

Comfortable seats and relatively smooth, quiet ride. My biggest complaint is that the Wi-Fi is so bad it's basically useless. I swear dial-up from 1996 was faster.

Over priced tickets, wifi worked half the time, not always a plug available. Sometimes the drivers were nice other times not so much. The only reason they are still active is because they are pretty much the only method to travel to Sherbrooke
