  Like all toys r us locations it is big and full of mostly over priced toys made in the modern way... cheap! Plus my kids never make more than halfway before melting down over something that was too available. I think the staff and location are amazing since they redeemed 2 stars in an experience that feels like a good idea until I pass through the door and realize where I chose to go. What was I thinking?

  Went in to try and find out if/when they'll have a game console in stock. Found the box on the shelf, but no indication if they actually had stock or not. Absolutely no clerks on the floor to ask. There were only 2 visable employees in the entire store, and they were at the customer service desk serving an absolutely massive line of customers. Why were all the customers lined up there? No tills open, and no cashiers on shift at all. Wasn't about to wait 20 minutes to ask a simple question, so I left and called them from the parking lot. Line was busy. Killed 5 minutes and tried again. Still busy. Drove home and tried to call. *Still* busy. It's pretty amazing just how terribly staffed this place is. Just dont bother with this store. Your time is worth more than this.

  Amazing customer service! I went to return a castle tent that wouldn't fold and Avery helped us out! She not only helped us fold the tent and put it in the box so we can return it, but also found a nice one for us!

  The store is clean and organized, but there aren't enough staff to help the lines run quickly. Unfortunately the staff that is there seem to be more interested in talking with each other than doing their job... The clearance prices are pretty good though!

  The selection is great if your willing to pay extra to not shop around. I found the prices to be around 15% higher than competitors and when I could not find an advertised item I was told, "oh ya the website is usually wrong." The difference in price is not reflected in the location as the building is very dated and staff minimal, leading to long lines with few customers.

  Quality products,friendly knowledgeable staff. THEY HAD stock on almost all the sale items we were looking for. The one item they did not have they put on hold at another store

  Went early in the morning a few weeks back to pick up a Nintendo Switch console. The manager had excellent customer service, chatted with everyone in line and made sure people were taken care of considering how cold the weather was that morning. Once inside all the CSR were friendly, and helpful. Full stars!

  It seems like every time I go in here it's a zoo. Most there prices are pretty fair. Some of there things are over priced. Overall staff is pretty nice and answer and questions I've had or helped me find the things I've needed

  This location is good. From my 3 occasions shopping here, it was very understaffed. Huge lineups , no one to be found on the sales floor. I will most likely not shop there again unless I had to return something , etc.

  They always have this big sale but when you actually going to buy something they never have it in stock I've been there four times to get a car seat in four different sales I'm always there on the same day that the sale starts but they never seem to have anything in stock it stupid
