    I was looking online at strollers. I called this location to see if they had a stroller I was interested in purchasing on display. I was informed that it was not on display, however, they had a few in stock. The associate said that they could assemble one of the strollers in stock and have it on display for me. I arrived at this location within 1 hour, and as promised, the stroller was set up and on display. I was greeted with a big smile by an associate named Liz. Liz spent so much time with me answering all of my questions regarding the stroller. She was not only friendly but very knowledgeable with the product. I never once felt rushed and she constantly checked up on me to see if I had any more questions. Later on, when she was busy with another customer and I needed to ask a question, she found another associate to help me. Liz has excellent customer service skills and goes above and beyond to make sure you leave toys r us happy! Thank you for a great experience!

    Clean place. I feel bad that the managers are not on the floor. The cashier lady is all by herself looking for a manager.

    Poor selection of gliders to choose from in store. Had to pick one out of a catalogue and hope that it was comfy when it arrived. We ordered at the store with a rep for pickup at the Highway 7/Weston location. The rep specifically told us that we'll receive 1 email confirming the order, then another once the order was ready for pickup. I received the order confirmation email which specifically said "this is just a confirmation. Wait for your ready for pickup email". A week later I receive an email addressing someone else (not my name) advising that my order had been cancelled, with no explanation of why. We called right away and the rude woman we spoke to said it was cancelled because they didn't have it in stock. After looking into it further they did have it in stock, and instead the order was cancelled because we neglected to pick it up in their 3 day window when ready. We let her know that we never received a ready for pick up email. She brushed that off and said she could hold the chair for us today only for same day pickup. So rude, cold and condescending throughout the call. We then followed up on our crib and dresser order. The annoyed sigh that came out of her at that point was so intentional and unprofessional. I'm sorry...are we taking up too much of your time? Only the crib is ready so we asked if we can hold off on picking up the crib until the dresser is ready. The response: "you can, but we may accidentally sell it in the meantime." What? How would that even happen when it's a special order that we paid in advance for 6 weeks ago??? Not impressed at all.

    When I am here they always have what I need. The only thing is when hatchimals came out it was sold out.

    The clearance stuff is always worth looking at. The box may be damaged but everything inside is still there. My son got a $40 lego call of duty set for $ 5.99

    What a joke this place is! I've been calling in to ask about my online order on Monday December 5th, 2016 around 11:20 a.m. and I could not get thru. Once I got through and was able to get connected to customer service, the phone then rang for about 1 minute and someone physically picked up the phone and then just slammed it on me.

    This store really takes customer service to a whole new level!
