Wow! Ordered a gift at the last possible minute to be shipped. I called to ask them to ship as soon as they could and they got it out the same day! (They did inform me it would not get out until the next day originally.). It got here super fast and I am impressed - will be looking to order from them in the future!

I went online to your store on Tuesday and there was a Lego item that I had been looking for for my grandson for months and you had it in stock. I had my daughter go to your website and pick out Christmas presents that she thought her two other sons would like and it was sent out by your store to southern Ontario on the same day and she got it today to wrap up and put under the tree from us. This was by far the easiest and most stress free way to buy and deliver presents for the grand kids and neither I nor my daughter had to go out of our homes to stores or fight the lines at the post office! Thank you for a job well done. I will be doing my shopping this way in the future for sure.

This is a great toy store! it has a huuuge stock of toys you just cant get in in busy retail stores. great place to bring ur kids. the car parts side has some of the best prices aswell

I stopped by our favorite toy store this afternoon for birthday gifts and to get a fidget spinner. They were in stock and priced $10 less them "other" businesses in town. I was told by the staff that the owner knows this but has decided to keep this shipment at the offered price. Thank you for your business integrity Toysense. Their selection and pricing of Lego and TY products (among other products I'm sure) are second to none in our community. As always, the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and available - unfortunately this is not the case in "other" stores in town. I also noticed the owner donating beanie boos to Trisha's toy drive for Shriners hospital. Hats off to Toysense! I'll be back again soon.

Stopped in today on my lunch break and had an excellent shopping experience. The store was well stocked with tons of high quality toys and priced very well. The prices were very comparable to other large department stores and online shopping sites. They had a variety of sale items and lots of unique toys to choose from. The store is well kept and has a small town feel to it which is come hard to find these days in Thunder Bay. Most notably was the exceptional customer service. There were plenty of staff available and offering service to the shoppers. They were well versed in all of the products they carried and super friendly I might add. The parking was great too. I was offered a gift receipt for my purchases and I was impressed to learn that their gift receipts are actually printed on a small sticky label and put on the back of your toys so no worries if you or loved one looses the gift receipt. Also, I was entered quickly and with limited information as a ToySense member that guarantees I will receive a house call for any toy recalls on my toy purchase plus enters me into a point program that earns points for money spent on toys which are tallied up twice a year for credit towards additional shopping in the store. If you haven't been here this season I'd highly recommend going in and checking it out. I encourage all Thunder Bay to shop local and keep this wonderful store thriving in our community. Went there to buy birthday gifts for my two nieces. The lady kept stalking us. I confronted her and she denied it!! Never again will I or my kids spend my money there!! Dear Managerthank your worked for this. What an embarrassment!!
