  Guy in a black for f250 license plate AV35532 failed to identify himself when asked trespassing on multiple properties without contacting the owners first as he must do to comply with Ontario land surveyor act ..the black truck has no identification on it at all and when approached was extremely defensive and very rude and threatened my husband also followed him home in a creepy manner to the point where we had to contact the police..he was observed looking in peoples sheds on their property’s to which he wasn’t supposed to be surveying

  The best surveying services and competitive pricing in Ontario. Bloss is really prompt in communicating via phone and email. Quotes are available in a timely manner and surveying is very thorough and top-notch. Also, Sarah is absolutely amazing - so nice and very helpful. Would certainly recommend.

  My story .we are owners of property in resort town on lake Huron.
  .Last weekend we did not order survey from Total Tech . While we were away the survey crew showed up and peppered our property with survey flags and demerged our 24' property gate. While attending to the damaged gate with the police officer, my neighbor, who lives directly behind my property on Shady Lane, came out to give me the plate of the unidentified black pick up with no IDs or proper identification on dashboard which he and his wife observed.
  He was alarmed by the way my gate was left by whoever (survey company) in a totally dangerous, unsafe position.
  Neighbor spoke with Officer M about the incident which he and his wife witnessed.
  There are 2 huge "No Trespassing" and a "Private Property" signs attached to the gate.
  The gates are 8" h x 12" w X 2 separate gates, each portion of the gate is extremely heavy and each gate has a wheel on the bottom and each portion is chained together and padlocked.
  The gate is no means of the garden variety, more like a farm, heavy-duty variety.
  They should have contacted me before as we are 35 minutes away from my property and I would open the gate with my key without damaging the hinges and exposing me to liability of falling gate on passerbys or a car
