Torey is an exceptional piano teacher particularly for beginner students. Our son started lessons with Torey when he was six and it has been amazing to see his progress and how much he enjoys his time with her each week. Her warm and patient approach, and ability to keep him engaged during each lesson is remarkable. We highly recommend Torey!

Torey has been teaching our son piano since he was in first grade, and, now in grade 4, he continues to love his lessons with her. Torey has an amazing way of making lessons fun while also ensuring steady skill progression. She has such a wonderful energy and kids gravitate toward her. She is a consummate professional - always well prepared and organized. It was incredible watching the enthusiasm and effort she brought to moving lessons and recitals online during the pandemic. Whether in person or online, we have felt so fortunate to have her teaching our son and would recommend her without hesitation.

Our daughter has been learning piano with Torey for six years now. Torey is a talented instructor who has the passion to teach, develop student's interest in music, as well as pass energy and fun to students at lessons. Torey has been very supportive and engaging to help her students to overcome some difficult moments and she is extremely professional and maintains high standards in teaching. We highly appreciate Torey's approach in developing our daughter's style of playing piano as well as her support and guidance during preparation for the RCM exams and recitals. We would highly recommend Torey to introduce your child to the piano world.

Torey has been a great piano teacher for my daughter, both as an instructor and as a guide. My daughter is a little shy and timid but she has consistently offered positive feedback about her experience with Torey so obviously Torey provides a welcoming and comfortable learning environment. In addition, I have seen good progress in my daughter’s s skills and musical knowledge/theory in just the year and a half since this partnership has started.
I highly recommend Torey if you are in search of a piano teacher for your young child.report this review
