Bought some clothes for myself spend $200 worth of mechandise. Wanted to exchange a pair of pants for a different colour with a receipt within 23hrs of purchased. I spoke to the Sales Manager on duty he replied that there was a security tag missing which I was not aware . Could have been that my wife pulled it so it would not bother me if I was to wear them. He refuse to exchange with less than 24hrs of purchase with receipt. Extremely poor customer service from Mike the Managaer on duty.
I hate this store; unfortunately, whenever my mother comes to visit, she always wants to go here. They do offer a 10% spc discount. Even at 70% off, it's still cheaper to buy from Costco. Free parking.
My son loves the clothes great service
Creepy workers were just staring at me
Fashion in good price
In my opinion, if you know your Tommy Hilfiger, and you know what you're looking for, this is the best Tommy Hilfiger store. Of course, this one being the outlet one, it can get a little bit expensive but there are a big selection of clothes to find, and they're all in good quality. The staff always comes up to me to ask if I need help, which I don't but appreciate their offer anyhow. Asking the staff to open a change room, and take any clothes that doesn't fit me is no hassle, and they're still professional and patient despite my requests I know they're getting paid, but I almost feel bad. Also, with coupons that come in the mail (that are actually useful), you can get nice discounts. Parking is abundant, and easy. Recommended outlet store.
Very aloof staff at this location that are poorly educated on their products. Asked for a particular pair of shorts that I have been buying my daughter for four years and was told by two associates that they don't carry Bermuda length shorts. Found them on my own in the store. Also noted that two out of three of the female staff wasn't even wearing Tommy, they all had Aeropostale jeans on. What does that say for your brand?
Good quality and fair prices but bad customer service
