Ordered a BLT through the drive through on the way to Victoria. When I stopped in Victoria to eat the BLT it was a LT sandwich no bacon. Very upset with that Tim Hortons and will never go that location again.

The service was uber slow, she messed up my simple order of two coffees with two cream and one with sugar. Mine said two cream which in fact was the one with the sugar. And not only that, the donut display was filled with over 50 or so fruit flies. It was nasty, needless to say I skipped my usual donut. Ewww

Efficient service. Nice coffee. When I forgot my purse a kind customer handed it in. So my biggest praise is honesty from customers and staff. I will recommend you when I get back home to UK. Thank you

Great happy services from the staff they all had smiles on their faces to everyone walking in. They all asked if i was helped. Very attentive and helpful i would definitely come here anytime im in duncan
