Very pretty cashier girls here.
This location is so disorganized it's shocking they get as much business as they do. Fix the line so that you don't have cross your fingers and hope you get in one that moves. I had to wait from the moment of entering the line to the time I got my food almost 30 minutes all while trying to manage a 10 month old and 3 year old. When I asked why people behind me were getting their food before more they more or less told me "it hadn't been that long" and that it was coming. Of course, when the order came up they realized they missed 2 things and I would have to wait longer or accept a refund. No apologies, no compensation, just a "hey, that's what happens when we're busy". Terrible. I'd give it negative stars if I could.
So slow.. Line ups are very disorganized with people who we're behind you in other line getring served first..
It's a busy location as its in the mall but all the associates are great. Customers complain after waiting for 2 minutes. Welcome to life. Might need to start a GoFund me page to get Darren a new hat though. Breakfast wraps rock.
This locations has a lot of problems from hygiene to attitude. I am 71, on medication and not supposed to drink coffee in the first place. Because they have run out of small coffee cups, I have to pay for a large even if she fills the cup half way as I asked. What gives; do I pay for the coffee or the coffee cup?
I was at Tim Horton this afternoon and I ordered one 12grain bagel toasted and 2 black coffees. I got the coffees and waited for ever for the bagel . I asked the girl to check and she snapped at me telling me it's been done. She then whispered something to the person beside her and laughed. I was ready to give up and walk away when a person walked out without the bagel . The cashier mentioned to her something and she went to the back and returned with the bagel. The bagel was cold and wrapped in a very unprofessional manner. Needless to say I through it out. This is unacceptable .
Busy place ...need to stand for 10mins to get timbits
Talk about no sense of urgency.. I stood in line for 15 minutes but that's not the issue. I ordered a coffee and a bagel, recieved my coffee and proceeded to wait for my bagel. 20 minutes later, I finished my coffee but still no bagel.. After 21 minutes I finally got the bagel. The employees need to stop talking to friends and get to work.
