  I have been trying to find a place for a driving exam for my daughter. When I called, the phone was answered by a person who had the answers to my questions! Not only that but I was able to book over the phone or online for this service - many other places require you to do this in person which makes no sense for rural customers driving upwards of 1 hour to get to the office! Thank you Thor for customer service that keeps the customer in mind!

  The insurance staff are very absent minded and forget to call back about inquiries about house insurance. The registries staff can be very snobby, and sometimes they will walk away from their desk when you walk in and go into the back and ignore the fact that there is a customer waiting to be served. Very frustrating!!!!
