  Would like to express our appreciation for the kindness shown to us today. We have been evacuated from our home in Shelburne Co and are staying at our RV in Bridgewater. Was able to accommodate us with a large water tote filled for free and also a five gallon jug of drinking water. Thank you, your kindness is appreciated!

  The laundry machine were clean and effective.
  
  Everything was super clean they have a big sign that explains everything. And they let my dog in!! He was barking crazy outside so the lady told me they were dog friendly if my dog was on a leash. He sat and waited inside next to me. Really appreciate that.
  
  They offer a bunch of services. We'll be back.

  We stopped there for laundry while visiting Nova Scotia for the first time. The laundry machines were definitely working properly. However, I did not feel like the employees went out of their way to help us with how the service works. We had to ask multiple times for help with no clear answer each time. For example, it's obvious that we don't have soap on us, we're travelers Why do I have to ask where can I buy some soap when I clearly stated that we're just visiting this town for the first time?
  
  When asked about how does the service works, the employee said "just take whatever machine is available". Ok But how much is it, where is the soap, where is the coin exchange machine (there is none), how much time does it take, etc.
  
  Furthermore, the store hours shown on Google are not accurate either, it was open 9-17 instead of 8-19 as shown on Google. I would recommend that the store updates their business hours

  The laundry service is amazing and so accommodating to requests like scent free detergent. We get our water here as well as washing the car. The staff is very friendly. Can’t imagine a better atmosphere. Thanks for the great service.
