    The owners were super responsive by email to complete a print job on a Saturday morning with fast turnaround time. They repeated the job two days later at my request by email and finished within the hour. Pricing and customer service both times were exceptional.

    (They tell me that they are the new owners which explains the disconnect between the current excellent service and the older negative reviews.)

    Very Good People. very helpful when I needed to download some professional certificates, on their UPS computer, and print thing up sharp.
    Also great for a receiving address when I order stuff online. Let them know what is coming, and they keep an eye out for it. A great resource in New West

    I like sending my orders here when I can't pick them up. The drivers can never see the name on my building buzzer so these guys here accept the delivery for me and I just pick it up. It is a bit messy inside though.

    helpful service, mailboxes shipping and printing. Be careful when using their computer for fillable pdfs. Back them up before you try to print. No explanation or compensation was made beyond a shrug and "it's a machine"

    Dropped off a package to send via UPS. The store did not enter my email address at all or incorrectly, so I never got a tracking number by email and they didn't give me one when i was there. When I called the store back to get a tracking number, there was no apology. The delay in tracking the package resulted (due to subsequent errors by UPS dispatch) in the package being delayed by 3 days. I will be using another UPS Store from now on.
