Have duel taxes done every year here. Never an issue. They have also handled 2 audits for me with no charges. Both audits passed with no amendments needed.

Will NEVER go to this place & I will be sure others are aware of the lack of customer service & rudeness from this place. They were VERY RUDE. They got mad at me & gave me attitude because an appt was scheduled by their office with Connie & she didn't have time for me. It is not my fault your office made a mistake, I came in there happy looking forward to my appt, not expecting to get attitude because someone made a mistake. I had even called a few minutes before I went & nothing was said that she wasn't able to keep the appt or ask me to reschedule. They didn't even try to apologize or explain. As soon as I walked into the office she came out with attitude asking me if I had a small business or something & what I want because she doesn't have time for this. Then she said if I want to see her I need to make an appt for next week & she stormed off. I tried to tell her I already had an appt with her right now & she got madder & said well I don't know who scheduled that but I don't have time for this crap. The other girls in there, one who I'm sure made my appt just sat there smiling not saying a word. Good way to get customers!!!!!!
