Large selection of shoes and gear. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff

Remarkable customer service: Kyle helped me very patiently for one hour since I had custom orthotics and needed extra extra wide shoes.
To check the fit, he went back and forth and grabbed four pairs with delight. If someone wants to learn how to be soft-spoken, meet Kyle.

The store does not stand behind it's product! Had to call the on-line customer service to get satisfaction and they recommended I put in a complaint about the local store, which I did!

Love new balance! I have incredibly wide feet and only new Balance fits me. Love it!!!

New balance has good shoes with a variety of lengths and widths, however this particular store seems to carry only your standard sizes. I suggest going to the store to measure your shoe size then order online.

What i didnt like was the inventory. I went thete to buy 2 pairs of sneakers for my daughter who was starting school and thete was only one pair in her size. The childrens sélection was terrible
