Today I went it to see Bob for a small piece of exhaust tubing that I needed. He got one of his technicians, Brandon, to listen to my custom requests for the piece of exhaust. Since I did not have an appointment or a car tying up a hoist, I left expecting to come back the next day to pick up the part. Within an hour, I got a call from Brandon saying it was ready to pick up. I picked up the part and Brandon had followed the directions for the part exactly how I had asked. Upon pickup, Bob would not take any money for the small exhaust piece even though I offered to pay several times. As an Automotive Service Technician myself, I realize the cost of labour, hydro, rent, shop tools such as the pipe expander and chop saw, etcRunning an automotive repair facility is a lot more expensive than most people realize so I appreciate the gesture of goodwill even though a bill of approximately 0.3 hours for labour and $10 for the material would have been totally reasonable. Thanks Bob and Brandon at Mufflerman!

WOW ! This guys deserve 5star rating, my 2001 honda odessey was making loud noise, I knew there is some issue in exost pipe , I went to one mechanic, he said you need to change the " catalytic converter " which cost me $480- $500, I knew he was trying to rip me off, then today I went there , they welded the pipe and now my car is running great , costed me $139. And withing half and hour it got done. These people are genuine. I strongly recommend.

I have been going to Mufflerman for years and my dad even longer. They have the best service! The great thing about Mufflerman is that you only have to get work done once because it is done correctly.
