  I have a chronic health illness (hypothyroidism and PCOS) which had greatly impacted my quality of life. When I went to see Dr Cheryl Allan I was desperate, even when my T4 level has been "normal," I felt horrible and extremely hypothyroid to the point where I quit synthetic thyroid hormone altogether and lost hope. When Cheryl tested me after our initial appointment, my thyroid panel was all over the charts and as she said she had never seen such strange results (complete thyroid panel including T3 etc.) After some adjustments and blood tests, we have finally found a perfect combination of NDT and a thyroid/andrenal supplement that has made me feel better than I have in years. I went from not sleeping, feeling like a weak zombie all the time, losing hair, gaining weight (all continuing while on synthetic thyroid pills,) to feeling incredible again and slimming down, sleeping regularly and having energy to live my life with my family again. It's made a world of difference and I am so grateful to Cheryl!
  
  
  
  I'm regards to the massage therapists I have seen. I have never had anything but incredible impressions with everyone that I have met!! Definitely the best place in town and I would highly recommend anyone living with a chronic illness to see the massage therapist and naturopaths!

  Lavallee Health Centre is an amazing place. True professionals and very genuine. Owner Shauna has put together a team and business that will make you come back time and time again. Whether you need a massage, acupuncture, suffer from stress and anxiety or just want to learn to eat and live better, Lavallee Health Centre is definitely a place for you. You won't be disappointed. � I will definitely be going back.

  Since starting a strict schedule of physio with jodi and massage with several of my favorites, my back is so much better. I've suffered for years with chronic back pain and I refuse to take pills. this is how I treat the issues.. by not masking the pain with meds. This is the best "one stop shopping for me"

  I have being seeing Emily Dunn for acupuncture treatments weekly for a few months and i am thrilled with the results!! I can't reccomend her enough. She is fantastic.
  
  
  
  Cheryl Allen is a top notch doctor/naturopath who always takes the time to really listen and get to the root of any issues I may be having. I am so happy I met these great ladies at the Lavalee Centre.

  I am 53 years old, have a spine injury and PTSD. massage helps when done properly. I have been treated by massage therapists since 1989. some were good and some outright broke the law, however, the lavallee centre is a step above. they are professional, courteous, caring and dedicated to providing the best possible treatment.
  
  I would recommend the Lavallee Centre to anyone who thinks they may benefit from massage. after my spine injury 15 years ago, the Lavallee Centre has provided care and made me feel more like a person and not just a source of income. I think that is important in this type of treatment. I would like to thank all of the staff at the Centre as I've been treated by nearly all of them at one point or other, again Thank You.

  I have worked in conjunction with the Lavallee center since its inception many years ago! They receive 100% of my patient referrals as I know my patients will be literally in good hands. Professional, courteous and service excellence makes this health center a leader in this community. And yes, I totally get massaged there myself on a regular basis! So check out the Lavallee center.Doctor's orders!

  I love going to the Lavallee Center. They always provide a professional and attentive service experience. Whether I need to just relax or if I have tension that need to be addressed. I'm always well taken care of. Thank you!

  Fist time at the new locationWOW!!!! GREAT job Shauna!!!!! You have worked very hard and it has all paid off!!!! Great staff, great programs!!! Thanks for relieving the stress Andrea! Jane Great to meet you! See you all very soon agian. Anyone who has never been really need to check it out!!! :)

  The Balance program offered through Lavalle is one of the best programs in the Valley. You should check it out!
