We have never had a bad meal, or experience, at this Keg. Prime rib and filet are outstanding. On our last visit, Joshua in the bar and the managerJason were amazing. Unfortunately, they were out of prime rib. Jason was extremely courteous and helpful, offered to replace the order with a ribeye that was cooked to perfection. Great food and A+ service all around!

Was here just now Saturday night with my girlfriend for her birthday. Had Brandon as a server and just need to say how great he was after hearing he was new we decided to leave this review. Will forsure be back

Typically I am a big fan of the keg. Unfortunately this time wasn't the greatest. The problem really wasn't with the service or how clean the restaurant was. It started with our appetizers. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms and the garlic cheese toast. They came out in a timely fashion and for the most part tasted great except the the garlic cheese toast came out with no cheese. The waitress apologized and promptly took it back and ordered a new one. It's to bad it took 25 more minutes for toast with melted cheese and basically then came out with our meal. We ordered the teriyaki steak and a steak and crab. I know, I know, I ruin my meat because I order it medium well. The steak came out medium rare, which once again, I could have dealt with if the teriyaki hadn't been burned to charcoal on the outside. The whole thing tasted burnt and chewy. Similar complaints from my partner with her steak. She found it very tough and chewy. Not really what I had hoped for on a 150 dollar night. We will probably not return to this particular location.

Had a great time celebrating New Year's Eve 2017 at The Keg earlier this evening with my wife. My steak was a bit overdone initially but the server immediately had a replacement cooked up with the manager delivering it to the table personally with apologies and generous discount. The service and experience was great and shortly before midnight all guests were given complimentary Champagne to toast with after the countdown. Nice touch!

The whole experience was 5 stars. It started with prompt and friendly reservation over the phone. We were early for our reservation but it only took a brief moment to set up our table. The service there was very quick and extremely friendly. I loved the beer they had on tap and the food was delicious.
I'll go back to that location in the future.response / report this review
