Learn the proper alignment in headstand, forearm stand, and handstand.
This workshop is designed for those are looking to start their inversions practice, as well as for those who are looking to refine or strengthen it. No previous experience with inversions necessary!
First, go through a warm up designed to prepare the body for the given inversions, then explore each inversion as you practice their proper alignment, prep. poses and drills so that you can leave this workshop with the confidence to practice these inversions on your own. Expect some playtime with each inversion throughout this workshop!
When: Saturday, October 21st
Time: 12:30-2:30pm
Who: Those are looking to start their inversions practice, as well as those who are looking to refine or strengthen it. No previous experience with inversions necessary!

Coming into a basic warm up, then moving our way into different exercises to help you with handstand OR improving your handstand. Get over the fear of inversions by kicking up to handstand at the wall or learning to hold handstand without the wall.
We come into different ways of jumping up. Hoping to find 1 way that works for you! And that may be different for every body.

Align Your Practice with Kiana Ng Yoga this Thursday September 28th at 7pm for the Pose of the Month - HEADSTAND!
Learn the proper alignment in the given pose of the month (Headstand) in this 60 minute regular temperature yoga class.
Each class will lead up to the POTM differently as you practice other asanas beforehand that will open up the areas of the body that are needed for the most success in the peak pose. This class is focused largely on alignment.
In addition, you will be given a short sequence for you to do on your own at home on your own accord if you wish to dedicate more time to your self-practice and to the POTM.
Each POTM will be announced on the 1st of every month via Kiana’s monthly newsletter (available at kianangyoga.com) and her social media pages (@kianangyoga). Be sure to sign up and follow her to be the first to know!

love this place and most importantly love the staff and the teachers. this place is a gem and one of the best yoga places in Ontario. the hot yoga classes that they offer are amazing and it really has transformed me into a strong health nut. Take the challenge at The Clarity Centre and you'll be thanking yourself for years to come..I have!

The studio and store front atmosphere is beautiful and serene - it really feels like a yoga studio. There is such a wide variety of classes, workshops, and services available as well. The teachers are great too!

I have been to a variety of classes, all different instructors, but one thing remains the same: class sizes are reasonable and I haven't felt packed into a room, and all the instructors are attentive to each student. Could not ask for a better experience.

I was emailed a promotion & called to confirm details. When I got there 30 minutes before the class they were very disorganized & told me not to worry & take the class. Until after when they insisted I pay full $20 drop in price. I unsubscribed but they won't stop emailing the same misleading promotion.
