Description
The Catholic Cemeteries are owned and operated as a not-for-profit and charitable organization by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Hamilton. We are proud to be part of your family and faith tradition, having provided burial services since the Diocese was founded in 1856.
We continue to develop our services to meet the needs of the community. In recent years we have expanded our cemeteries and mausolea, opened a Catholic Cremation Centre, developed the capacity for internet purchases, and more.
All Catholics and their family members (whether or not those family members are also Catholics) are invited to make use of our cemeteries. Choosing a Catholic cemetery offers the unique peace of mind that comes from knowing a loved one’s final resting place will be maintained at the highest standards, and with all the respect the Church can provide.
