The atmosphere is cozy and staffs are nice. I've been there a couple times and both experiences went great. I've tried fish and chips and pizza and my recommendation is fish and chips for its taste and portion! Though they don't have enough tables and parking spaces especially on weekends, they definetely deserve 5 stars!
Great neighborhood feel with freshly prepared meals. We shared the house salad and it was excellent. Then we shared the Italian pizza. Thin cracker-like crust and nice amount of toppings. Just the way we like it. We had a great visit with our guests. It was loud but we could still hear one another. The service was excellent.
The burgers we had were very tasty, and so were the rosemary fries! Two things that were less good: the other sides and the service. Our server was very kind, but perhaps because of the later hour (we arrived about an hour and a half before close, and were the last table to finish about half an hour before close-time) was very, very slow (and only collected one of our finished plates, even after dessert arrived! Bizarre.). The onion rings were very unique. The batter-to-onion ratio was about 6:1. They were almost like pakora. Of the five or six on the plate, one was literally just a piece of fried dough. Not necessarily a bad thing, but not what we expected when we ordered them. The cheesecake was good. Usually find Hershey's syrup pretty underwhelming, but it made sense in context! May be back if craving a lamb burger. Otherwise, not on the must-return list.
I visited Bungalow with a group of co-workers on Wednesday. We were seated quickly and given our waters right away. Throughout the meal our water was filled quickly and our waiter was very attentive. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Club with some adjustments and it was very tasty! There was a lot of flavor and was just what I wanted.
The atmosphere is cozy, and I was surprised by the variety of different burgers that Bungalow offered.
Thank you for an awesome experience and attentive staff, we will keep Bungalow in mind for our next lunch out!
One of the best restaurants I have eaten at in London. Very comfortable and low key and the service was outstanding. I had about 5 different people make sure that everything tasted great, ordered beer and a burger.. which ended up being one of the best burgers I have ever had. Definitely will be coming back when I am back in the city again!! Thanks guys!
This is definitely my favourite restaurant of all time. The build your own burger menu option is beyond incredible and I have yet to find another restaurant that even compares to it. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth the long wait times to get in and worth a visit.
Excellent burger and beer menu. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Great pub atmosphere with very few big screens, all properly located around the bar.
Literally a bungalow with limited parking.
Ordered deep fried cheese curds which was good.
Their wild boar burger was also good but wish it had more brie.
Their milkshake which is not on the menu was fantastic.
Overall a good burger joint.
Good good terrible parking if you have a big car. Its pretty standard to park a couple blocks away at peak hours. Good food though totally worth it. Get the deep fried pickles.
Bungalow has the best burgers in town. The options are endless - every time is different. Some of the best service staff in the city as well - highly recommend this. A great date spot.
