  Purchased a brada (SAMSUNG) dishwasher 14 months ago from here. Had some initial problems with it, the brick sent someone out to fix it. Service guy was great and showed us how to fix the error code that kept popping up. A few glitches in the year but we were able to clear the error code as the technician showed us. Now that it is just over the 12 month manufacturers warranty we are having similar issue's that won't clear. We called them to find out who services their dishwashers and it took them 2 days to call us back to tell us just get anyone as we did not get the extended warranty. This is a terrible way to get repeat customers and develop customer loyalty. It was our 1st experience with the brick and we will not be back. This machine should last through more than 14 months of regular use. I think their extended warranty is a money grab for the cheap (not price) appliances they sell. Brada is apparantly a " made" for the brick appliance by Samsung. Service what you sell. Not a happy customer.

  Smaller store, but sales staff is friendly and helpful. I bought a fridge and delivery staff was very professional and courteous!!!
