  5 stars just simply isn't enough to describe our experience working with Mike. From start to finish, Mike has proven to be one of the most fun and trustworthy people we have met since moving to BC. It took us several months to find the perfect place (and I mean exactly what we were looking for - no compromises), but the wait was worth it! Never once did we feel pressured to buy, even when listing agents were trying to push us around. If we ever decided to sell or buy again, we want Mike in our corner!

  Mike Cook recently sold my townhouse, in a week it went from the MLS to sold.
  Mike is the ultimate professional ,his attention to detail and concern for me as the seller were wonderful.
  I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their property.

  Mike is an amazing realtor. Always there to guide us through the complicated world of real estate! And makes it look easy! Funny story, during moving day I dislocated my shoulder going up the stairs, and Mike held the fort down at the new place and helped coordinate the movers offloading. THIS is the kind of realtor you want! Always there for you! Thank you Mike Cook!!

  Mike with Stonehaus Realty is the full package.
  From his high end gadgets (iPads; drones; social media) to his oldschool charm (phone calls; gifts of appreciation; honest connection). He will "have you at hello" with his big smile and friendly demeanor.
  Mike's best quality during the sale of our townhouse and purchase of our home was his honesty. Even when it was hard to hear or deliver, Mike would never back away from the truth and somehow we would all end up laughing how does he do that?
  The market took a turn for the worse yet Mike still managed to have a line up outside our door of eager perspective buyers.
  Thank you Mike, we thoroughly enjoyed what could have been an extremely stressful time.
  We HIGHLY recommend Mike when buying or selling your home! He is knowledgeable, personable he's basically your new best friend.
