I have been seeing Tara since November of this year and have had 3 sessions now. Tara is very, very good at her job and will treat you with dignity and provide a lot of validation. My main issue is migraine and headache as I suffer pretty significantly. In just those few sessions Tara has helped so so much, truly. I have had no migraine or headache in over 4 weeks now! I have also just learned a ton about my body and why it functions as it does which is very helpful. I am feeling more aware and in tune with my body, and there’s far less pain to manage. I will be continuing monthly for now but Tara is clear that her goal is to get to the root cause and eventually you won’t need to see her for big chunks of time or maybe not at all. It’s also just a very cool experience all around! Tara is very worth every single dollar and what she’s says she can do, she very much delivers on. I would highly recommend setting up an appointment!

Tara is incredible! I had back pain and hip pain during and after pregnancy, and had seen many other professionals (physiotherapist, osteopath, RMT, neuro-kinetic therapist) trying to resolve it. In one session Tara identified an old childhood injury (from about 25 years ago) as the main cause of my back pain and resolved most of it.

Since that first session she's also been working on releasing scar tissue from oral surgeries that I had over 15 years ago. This has helped resolve persistent headaches and tmj issues as well.

I can't recommend her highly enough. If you feel like you've tried everything and nothing is working, go see Tara.

Tara is excellent. She starts by looking for the root cause of the problem and going from there. She identified that scar tissue from a broken collarbone at birth was the cause of chronic hip pain. Her treatment targets the core issues and she provides training and exercises to help you continue the work at home. Tara has a lot of experience and is very effective.

Tara is a skilled, perceptive and thoughtful healer. I have been on bed rest with a knee issue and am also headed for liver surgery that will have me laid up for some time. Swelling and inflammation in my knee, leg and ankles has been an issue and my session today with Tara was so empowering and enlightening. She taught me tangible skills on how to mobilize my muscles with minute and gentle “exercises” I can do while in bed recovering to “pump” the lymph system and encourage drainage. Brilliant! And I felt immediate changes. It was a wonderful mind shift for me to take back some active participation and empowerment going into a period of recovery with limited mobility. Combining mindful intention with minute movements I can do from my hospital bed feels hopeful and the videos she made for me to follow along as I learn the technique will be so supportive. I’m thrilled I found you as a practitioner on my healing journey, thank you Tara.

Tara has really helped my running performance! In our first session she was able to trace the postural things I was struggling with to a childhood tailbone injury, and address it right in that session. My results were so dramatic that I regularly joke to friends and family that I have a new body.

I no longer have to rigidly compensate for a tailbone I didn't even realize was misaligned. My lower back has more curve and flexibility. My glutes are less stressed. My hamstrings are better engaged. My breathing is easier(!!). And even the stiffness and joint pain in my feet has gone away - something that I thought was just a consequence of aging.

I used to spend most of my energy on runs just trying to hold my feet straight forward, roll through my toes and keeping my knees stable to prevent injuries - and now all of that feels effortless. I feel like I get to just relax and enjoy my run.
