  Was lied to buy a staff member (Faye) over a policy.. Shady business practises such a disappointment coming from a large bank this branch is offul avoid this place at all cost.

  Always busy line up .... Wasted 20 minutes everytime .... Don't recommend to go here go country club .. i ask them why busy you need to open more counters ... Staff said its just after holiday ... I visited before holidays also dame situation busy busy.... Same time same day always..... I go to cibc besides Costco only 2 people in line

  I feel robbed by TD bank for dinging me with 100 dollars in fees for one month and making no effort to contact me. I am giving this branch a bad rating because of the way they treated me in the branch. And when I said I was closing my account the customer service representative seemed happy! Basically if you want to get ripped off, argued with and told that it's your fault that they stole money from you, this bank is for you. Otherwise go to CIBC. Excellent customer service at the country club location.

  The customer service is slow. The manager Jenny highly unprofessional and told me "if you aren't happy here than go to another branch". Not only have I now left TD and made a major complaint to the top Regional manager. I have not taken my business banking to ICBC and have been given a better interest rate and much better customer service. I highly recommend ICBC over TD any day.

  The bank machine took all the cash I was depositing into my account and didn't register it. So the machine kept all the cash I had and there is no one to call or help.
