Highly recommended. We called for the cleaning service at very last minute and they accommodated the appointment quickly. Both Hardeep Aunty and Karamjit did a very good job and that too within booked time-slot. They were very professional and respectful.

Karmjeet Kaur and Hardeep Kaur are the ABSOLUTE DREAM TEAM! We had our entire house cleaned spotless! They truly are gems! So dedicated. I have a large house and they were able to take directions and rec lean areas that I found to be a wee bit lacking. They asked me to check every room to ensure I was happy with the services (sweeping mopping glasses dusting dishes kitchen hood fans refrigerator microwave, bathrooms and the dreaded showers). I am picky, mind you :) but they were patient and never got defensive about any of my concerns. They are experts in windows and glass. I have many surfaces that needed a sensitive and light touch such as our sauna, spa, wine cellar, and gym glass. The finishing on our kitchen also needs a sensitive touch and they both were so careful and diligent. I enjoyed having them over too, they were sweet, kind and funny. Please look no further if you need someone you can trust and are reliable. They even cleaned our accessory building which had a lot of construction going on and made it look amazing. Enjoy having them over! Parth (owner) is very professional and easy to book. Often I simply text when I need urgent services and they are able to accommodate :) we have had them over several times!

Trust the negative reviews! #horribleservice They we’re an hour late from the scheduled time, the company called me ahead of time to let me know which was fine. The team that showed up was a girl that looked like a student and a older women who could have been her grandmother. I do a walkthrough with them and stress that I wanted the bathrooms deep cleaned like actually scrubbing the grout in the shower, washing the floors and wiping down cabinets and outlets. The younger one spoke for the team as the older one seemed to not understand english and said she understood. Honestly the vibe I got from them was not friendly but trusted the work would be done. Well I was wrong lol They did a quick wipe down and didn’t even mop the floors. They also used all the toilet paper instead of their own supplies which was a bit shocking. Anyways I asked for the floors to get cleaned “again” and she barely cleaned it. When they came to the main floor they spent the time talking, sitting on the floor and using my paper towel. I don’t know what was up with that b/c they had the supplies. Overall service was awful but the best part was grandma apparently knew some english b/c before they even took the garbage out she’s trying to shake me down for payment. It’s was actually pretty comical so I just paid them to get this awful situation over with and out of my house. Oh and I did have to ask them to take the garbage b/c they definitely weren’t planning on it. Lesson learnt! Seriously don’t bother with this company there’s so many more. Lol

The cleaning was ok, but the conducting of business was terrible. I had 4 or 5 bi-weekly cleanings and they were on time for one of them.
One of those times they showed up late, let a stranger who didn’t work for the company into my home, cleaned for 20 minutes (we had an hour scheduled), and then left.
Response times were usually a day late, and we were originally given a heads up when they were going to be late, but that stopped after the first 1or 2 cleanings, and they started showing up whenever was convenient for them.
When I expressed my concerns they were quick to make things right, which I did appreciate, but it only lasted one cleaning. After that, everything went right back to normal.
When I later brought up more concerns about scheduling issues, they tried to argue and throw the blame back on me.
Severely unprofessional company. Would never recommend them to anyone. Not worth the stress of hiring them.
On another note, the actual cleaners they sent were kind and lovely to have in the house!response / report this review -

Got both of my houses cleaned for move in and move out. The ladies that cleaned my house were amazing. They showed up 10 minutes early and cleaned every nook and cranny for the new tenants. They brought their equipment in and cleaned professionally. They were done right on time. Payment was easy and fast. Thanks guys!
