Overall it is a very clean welcoming dentist. The one thing I really like is that they send you reminders threw text messages to remind you when your appointment is scheduled. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

The staff were very polite and explained things thoroughly well booking the appointment over the phone. Once at the office we noticed that it was very clean and we didn't have to wait long at all. Overall our experience with Sunnyview was extremely pleasant and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Great staff. It has been a while since I have seen a dentist and they made it easy...the entire staff is fun and appear to have a lot of fun while doing their job. I will be going to these guys on the regular moving forward.
My next appointment is scheduled this Thursday at 12:30pm and my expectation is to be greeted with a smile and a movie pass. 😁report this review -

Switching to SunnyView was a great idea for me. They do a great job at communicating with their patients. I love their automatic reminders and how quickly they respond to any questions and concerns. Their offices are maintained at a high standard out of precaution for covid-19, there are air filters and I always feel safe and comfortable with the staff :)

I had a great experience, staff was very friendly, welcoming, and understanding to me and my children. My cleaning went great and my sons went even better, it was the first time that I brought him somewhere and he was comfortable enough to sit and let them do the work. We are very happy to be new patients here.

I’m usually afraid of going to the dentist but the friendly staff and amazing dentist have made going there a lot less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I love this place. I've never had a dentist office that cares as much as these people do. They're fast, friendly and best of all honest. They even called me at home the day after an extraction to see how I was doing.

Hands down one of the worst dental offices you will ever visit. They run it like a business and perform dental work to maximize money from your insurance. I had my work examined by an oral surgeon after some concerns with my work done here and he could not believe the quality of work done at this place. Fillings weren't completed all the way that had to be redone. Part of my tooth was removed way too deep with their recommendation of root canal. The surgeon fixed this work and no root canal was needed. Like the surgeon said, " Some people are dentists and some are business men, these are business men." So stay far away if you want your teeth to last

on august 6, doctor assigned assistant to offer appointment time for my two kids at 3pm on august 7. however, after driving 40 minutes for appointment, we were told that doctor was in Montreal and did not come on 7th. I was very upset, it is not easy to take 8 and 4.5 years old to drive long way and doctor did not show up. waiting some time, the owner was called to come, asked me what happened without any apology. later, he checked my son, saying to fix something called surface-acid etched posterior, on two teeth, and examination, saying he fixed all. However, on august 8 morning, I took my son to Safari Children's Dentistry, the doctor checked and viewed report from SunnyView, saying one tooth (Th# 55, Surface 0) with one hole. I don't know if the owner did NOT do anything on this tooth or did something but not complete. my family will never go back to sunnyview, terrible experience without respect and appreciation for people giving them business. there are over 12 dental offices in Milton with only few minutes of driving. I will also email this comment to that dental office owner in George town.

The dental receptionist ( Rita) was very welcoming. Very friendly over the phone as well. And that really takes away some of that fear some people have for visiting their dental office. The dental hygienist ( Chyenne ) was also very good at her job. She informed me of what she is going to do and why, as she was inspecting my teeth before the cleaning. That demonstrated that she knows her job well. I felt like I can trust her for not damaging my teeth or the old fillings that I have. Both of these ladies were professional, friendly and articulate. Sometime you see medical staffs that knows what they are doing but they don't have that communication skills to give you that safe feeling and leaving the office with peace in mind. I left this office with peace in mind and knowing that I was well taken care of, by these two fine young professionals who were good at doing their jobs and also have excellent communication skills that some healthcare places (staffs) are lacked of these days.

I drive from Mississauga to go to SunnyView dental. Dr. Ramzi is very personable, accommodating and has a good sense of humor. He has always fit me in to take care of minor issues such as my retainer bar becoming loose even when my appointment was only scheduled for a cleaning. He ensures that the work done is billed accordingly for my insurance. Cheyenne always makes me feel comfortable and welcome. She is knowledgeable and addresses any concerns promptly and thoroughly. I like that they are open long hours and on weekends.

Was recommended to me to be a good clinic for my sons first visit. Well, receptionist was quite rude to me, it was like, why was I bothering her. Then when we went into the dental room the doctor was there, he didn't bother introducing himself and neither did the hygenist. We just stood there awkwardly until I asked what we are to do? Won't be returning and don't suggest anyone goes there either.

Awful clinic!!!
After a regular examination the doctor said that my daughter had 17 (!!!) cavities and had to be treated as soon as possible. I got shocked as my daughter had never had any problems with teeth before, and even had not had any fillings as she cares about her teeth really well. By the way, she had not complained about any pain or whatever, and no cavity was visible.
We decided to visit another clinic and another doctor - luckily!!! All the teeth are in perfect condition, no need for treatment or drilling, the doctor even checked everything with X-rays - no problems at all (exactly as I expected)!
I would never recommend you to go to this clinic. Not only adults but also children can suffer because of such a 'care'!report this review -

Wonderful service!! They are always pleasant, on time, extremely professional and thorough. I love that they offer direct billing and that I can get an appointment Monday through Sunday.
