After 2 months of inquiring about an emblem that was ripped off of my vehicle by the car wash and countless times of being brushed off by employees i am posting this. This was the first incident after being a satisfied customer for years. Im not sure if managment is aware of this terrible example of customer service.
In case your vehicle gets damaged expect to be treated like you are a problem to them.response / report this review -

It's the only car wash I use in town. I like the convenience of the "backyard" cleaning upgrade to finish detailing.
