  I love this store because I always find perfect gift here! However, service is not that exceptional and as a gift store they should be able to print gift receipts.

  Really like this store and the clothes, but super disappointed in how I have been treated lately. I asked if something was on sale and the sales person didn't even want to answer my question because it was 50% off. Then another person asked if a shirt was on sale and was told no, even though it was. Last outdoor sale they followed my mom and me around like we were common criminals. I always believe in supporting local businesses but honestly between the service and being treated like a nothing there lately I'm rethinking it.

  Don't let the reviews fool you, this store may have neat trinkets (over priced as they are) but The Store Upstairs employees are extremely rude, and will follow you around the store for no apparent reason other than to watch everything you do and touch. If you are looking for a relaxing, positive environment, go somewhere else, you will not find it here.

  This place is so fun. You never know what you are going to find. This place isn't cheap though. You are paying for unique and quality items. I never go in with any idea of what I am looking for b/c the items seem to change often. I go more to see what is new and she if I can find a treasure as a gift or for myself. I wish I had found this place when I 1st moved to Airdrie instead of just before I left.

  I have been a raving fan of The Store Upstairs for 7 years that I have lived in Calgary area. It is my "go to" shop for all gifts including those Christmas stocking stuffers, baby, wedding, and for special occasions. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They continue to innovate so their offerings are always changing. Be sure to check it out!
