This place is mediocre. Price average. There are some Staples that should be way better, the steak was small and burnt when we ask for a medium the chicken wings were tiny the chicken nuggets or fingers where however real chunks of chicken not mechanically separated meat. The portions were by no means large so if you're looking to pig out go somewhere else. If you're going for a date night, this is probably a good choice.

Great place to enjoy a meal. Prices are good, servers are great, ambiance is incredible. It has an upscale laid back industrial feel to the decor. The dragon boats are awesome as well as the calamari. They also serve a decent breakfast.

Server was excellent. Butter chicken excellent. Beer battered fish and chips tasted so bad my husband couldn't eat it. Everything else was fine.

Amazing staff ! . If your coming through GP ( Grande Prairie) ,you need to stop and have something to eat. I have eaten 3 days in a row , can't get enough of the amazing food here . Plus the 4'10 bartender is really cute !!.

Washrooms were clean.
Food is better than the majority of restaurants.
Service was excellent. We had Rebecca and she recommended getting the veggie burger and substituting the veggie patty for a chicken. Good call.
My only recommendation is that should be on the menu. Call it the death of the veggie burger.
Kids are allowed at the restaurant, so be prepared for noise and crying!response / report this review -

Love the fish tacos. Nice atmosphere. Can get busy and loud at times, but overall a good place and food is priced well with nice portions.

The food was great. We were in the room which is on the small side and they didn't quite have the staff to cater to the room and the restaurant being full. It took an hour and a half to two hours until everyone had their food. Two of the kids got their meal at the very end. I definitely like state and main I just think they need more staff. They had three hostesses chilling at the front with nothing to do. Great place but still has some improvements to make it awesome.
