You are a tenant at Standard Lofts and regularly have problems with one of the following:

1. CLEANLINESS/HYGIENE: Dirty elevators, unvacuumed carpets in the halls, torn wallpaper, dog wet spot and dog pooh left behind, no cleaning on weekends, Garbage receptacles overflowing and not cleaned on weekends

2. MAINTENANCE ISSUES: Broken treadmill in gym, waterleaks left untended (see FLOOR 6 ceiling tiles and unfixed roof leak during rain), missing ceiling tiles, hanging wires in party room storage area.

3. LEGAL: Landlord MUST provide an annual cheque to all tenants for their interest on the "Last Month Rent Deposit".....OR tenant may calculate using Province of Ontario, Landlord and Tenant Act interest rates on Ontario Rental Tribunal Website and subtract from your rent annually. You may collect ALL "back interest" even if the office tells you NO!
