Great for families and never too crowded. I like how the walk into the water isn't too rocky this year too! It does get deep quickly this year for little ones although it was great for my six and seven year olds.
Nice quiet beach away from mainstream Grand Bend.
This is a private beach. There is a little road that allows you to access it, and people like to use it like it is public. Lots of dogs running off leashes, cottagers launching boats with their ATVs, and can get quite busy on a long weekend. The closest public washroom is 15 minutes away in Grand Bend.
The shoreline is rocky and the water level has risen so much that there is hardly any beach left!
Despite the rocks in the water that makes it hard to swim, otherwise this is a beautiful little beach. And very clean waters with lots of fish for kids to play with. From London Ontario, it's 55 minutes. And not too busy for your comfort.
Beautiful little beach that doesn't get as busy as the bigger beaches nearby. The only drawback is that the water has very painful rocks so swimming is a little more difficult.
