The ground beef at Charles Meats is the best you can get. Fish selection at Caudles Catch is amazing (try their crab cakes). Baseball steaks at Bradys are a favorite too.
Try the perogies or the Montreal Smoked meat!

If the weather is nice, get there early to get your produce. By noon on a Saturday it gets very busy. Bring comfortable shoes, lots of walking.
