  By reading the reviews it comes to no surprise to see that most people received an excellent pre sales service but a terrible after sales service. We rented an RV and gave a $2500 safety deposit. When returning the vehicule we were honest about a scratch that we accidentally made. The employee verified the whole vehicule and said that everything else looked good and that we will be contacted about the scratch. 2 weeks later we get a charge for the scratch, which was expected, but we also get additional charges that were not agreed upon nor discussed!! We called them and spoke to a very rude employee which happened to actually be the owner, accusing us of other damages and dirtying furniture that we haven’t used and calling us liars. (For example he told us that the dining table did not go down when we returned the vehicule, but actually we returned it down and kept it down the entire trip because we had 2 car seats on the banquette which we didn’t remove for the entire trip. Another example is that he claimed that the bed upstairs was dirty but we all slept in the queen bed in the back and didn’t touch that bed. He said we were lying because we wouldn’t fit. It was tight for all of us to sleep there but it is the truth because we were scared to make our young kids sleep up there.) The owner lacked professionalism and did not try to come to some agreement or meet half way, he actually hung up the phone on us. It was a terrible experience, it is not an honest company and I do not recommend this place.

  It's THE place to see our dream! Now we have to calculate for it to take shape as soon as possible. M.Lucier gave us good tools to help us in our decision .. very good service !!! Thank you

  We just recently purchased a new VR from SpecialisteVR. Upon our drive home from the dealership, several issues appeared. While this may not be uncommon, After phoning several times and leaving messages to get an appointment to repair the issues, we are feeling less than impressed and wonder why the poor service. It has now been 3 weeeks since we first phoned to make an appointment to repair the issues, and still no return phone call! At this point, it is impossible to recommend this dealership to anyone!
